Eleven-year-old Patrick has wanted a brother for a very long time, and now his mother is actually pregnant. However, his brother is going to be handicapped. Patrick seeks advice from various people: How is he supposed to deal with this? Is there any way he will be able to help his unborn brother? How do people learn to speak? And what does this so-called handicap mean anyway? "Patricks Trick" tells the story of a child confronted with the complex topic of inclusion. In this fast-paced, captivating production, two performers slip into eleven different roles. In 2014, author Kristo Sagor was nominated for Germanys Childrens Theatre Award for this play.
